These licenses are designed to decrease the cost of ownership for MATFOR libraries and to enable a long-term goal for easy accessibility during the simulation process. The Flexibility of Using MATFOR Floating License

The Floating License provides a cross-system and cross-platform development environment; by allowing clients to choose their preferable compilers and operating systems, the Floating License offers a great flexibility. Users can choose any combination of the products for their specific needs. The Floating License allows MATFOR to be installed on as many computers as an institution requires, but the number of concurrent users is limited according to license level. Through the use of MATFOR Floating License, scientists and engineers could access MATFOR libraries and view the simulation results from any machines. This type of license is the best choice for small to medium size organizations.

Using MATFOR Classroom License to Enhance Teaching and Learning

With the hope of bringing this innovative tool to all scientists and engineers in the field of scientific computation, AnCAD introduces the Classroom License for educational institutions. (An educational institution is defined as an accredited or higher education institution organized and operated exclusively for purpose of teaching its matriculating students in a classroom environment.) Because MATFOR embraces the ability of real-time animation, instant data manipulation and interactive movie presentation, with the ability to visualize any physics, learning and teaching will be much easier and more efficient. This type of license is a perfect choice for schools or non-profit organizations.
